Think about what you do everyday, most likely sitting a lot at work in poor postures. In doing so, you're robbing your bodies capacity to tolerate higher levels of activity which creates signifcant muscle imbalances.โฃโฃโฃโฃโฃ โฃโฃโฃโฃโฃ ๐—ช๐ก๐š๐ญ'๐ฌ ๐š๐ง ๐ข๐ฆ๐›๐š๐ฅ๐š๐ง๐œ๐ž?โฃโฃโฃโฃโฃ Your body is so used to having the hips in a bent position from sitting all day so those muscles in the front of our hips that allow us to flex or bend have become overworked and tight while the muscles in the back of our hips that do the opposite of hip flexion, like our glutes, are placed in a lengthened position which means we are not able to produce a high level of force production because they are essentially "turned off" for most of the day. โฃโฃโฃโฃโฃ โฃโฃโฃโฃโฃ Take that imbalance to the golf course and we're going to have an issue.
